Upon the success of the assembly/Machining /welding/cutting/Bending machine and the increasing demand for the customers’ product, CMF is requested to design and build a fully automated line for their customer in the metal sheet industry like pole, boiler, exhaust, fire extinguishers, pressure vessel, chemical tanks, pipes…

This required to CMF’s staff to design , manufacture, install on site and form the users.

Ans open stations were added during the machine design allowing future inspection stations to be added.

Benefits of CMF Automation line Expertise : We upgrade the existing semi automated machine to a fully automated system after operation, 3shifts per day. After we refurbished the machine and added the functionality of feeding the flexible piece.
