Flexibility is the main characteristic of the Jammes roll bending machine which responds to the needs of generic fabricators that “roll” 1plate different from the other , but keeps a remarkable high out put production.

The dual pre-bend Process unit is became without doubt the most common “well known” by end users as an easy to use machine, capable to satisfy many different bending requirements in Cold and if required Hot Rolling application.

Pre bending

In the pre-bending on the leading and trailing ends is “performed” without  removing the plate from the plate bending machine simply transferring the same by rotating the rolls from 1 side to the other to make the pre-bending.

The Key benefits is the possibility to bend “symmetrical” profiles in between the main side frame thanks to the free passage left between the 3 rolls.
